All HOCOA contractors and service providers are reliable, dependable, and professional. We carefully screen our contractors and service providers to ensure they have solid professional references. HOCOA accepts less than 20% of contractor inquiries to be a part of our home repair service family. Our contractors are insured and licensed (if required). After contractors complete their projects, we follow up with our members to get their feedback.

HOCOA is a part of the community where our members and contractors live and work.
